Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.
We do Not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, worn, altered, or installed hair products.
Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at :

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged
- Your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Shipping Issues
Gluxe Hair is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.
